Mayday is far too loud and panicked to respond to Depth Charge at the moment. Instead he simply stumbles to his feet, flailing his hands and legs in a sorry attempt to divest himself of the clinging goop.

Not needing to breathe makes a guy uniquely suited to screeching for a very long time. And for the moment Mayday is determined to keep screaming.
